  My wife and myself stayed a week ( May 4, 2018 - May 10, 2018 ) everything went fine until in our best day where we were going to a special occasion on which she was going to wear her best dress. The dress was missing and according to security the only person who got into the room was the housekeeping. I just warn to future guesses just keep your luggages locked.

  What a great experience at the Sheraton Hotel. The staff were incredible in all aspects from the doorman to the bartenders. My room was always clean when I returned back to it. I've had one of the best experiences ever at this location. Thank you Sheraton Family for your excellent customer service skills which stand separate from others.

  A truly great experience thanks to the wonderful staff at the Sheraton Santo Domingo. Our stay would not be the same if not for all the help from a bright young lady by the name of Loraine Astarte. Not only is she fluent in English, but her cheery helpful personality is sure to make your day. Quick on her feet, Astarte is sure to find a solution to any problem, answer any question, and direct appropriately. Because of her, we had an unforgettable beach experience and have gotten to know the people and culture of the Dominican Republic better. Warm and kind with a big smile and heart, Astarte, you made our trip ever so wonderful. Excellent experience overall. Many compliments to the people working at the Sheraton.

  I love this hotel! Right by the ocean! Huge! Clean! Casino attached. Hair salon. Very walkable area with an ocean front restaurant down the street. The dining room is huge! Free breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

  This hotel is really nice and conveniently close to the Zona Colonial. The staff here is super friendly. Particularly at the front desk, Ramon, Ivan, and another older gentleman with glasses (sorry I forgot his name) were very helpful when needed. The rooms are comfy, and housekeeping does a great job at maintaining them. We absolutely loved this property and will be likely to stay again during any future visits to Santo Domingo!
