  Avis gave us a car that only fit five people even though we requested a car for seven people. They apologized and said they would get it to us in a couple of hours. 12 hours later they finally got the car. It had zero leg room and the seats were broken but we had to accept it. They also charged us extra and refused to accept our insurance. When we returned it, they tried to blame the broken seats on us. Overall, bad customer service and terrible experience. We will not be returning.
