  The food kept me going to the bathroom. My shower was broken I told the front desk, and no one came to fix it. My ceiling had falling paint, and my bed had gum on the cover. Don't stay here.

  Service suck, I will give it a 1/2 a star, but will have give it a 1 since there is no option below 1 😜 ... Rooms are not available at check in.. Complete disaster... No night recreation beside a night club full of young local kids...plus night club has no ventilation and it has a smell of mold... Front desk service has no customer service experience and they don't care about the customer... Rooms are old and need a complete restoration... Rooms have no hot water, toilets are loose, beds are old, furniture is old and worn out... I checked several rooms to make sure... Will never return here and I won't recommended to anyone.

  just got back from HELL - food lousy, room dirty (urine on the toilet seat) missing tiles in the bathtub, no hot water in shower. advertised as a beach club, not on the beach - after 4 trips to the front desk in 2 days , and intervention from Sunwing rep, I finally got my TV and fridge on. had to move furniture to turn on bedside lamp. Staff did not speak English, only front desk. the fridge was rusted. understand this place is being torn down on May 1. not surprised. they're putting in condos and tried to get me to tour the condos. not interested,but I got 3 people trying to sell me one. On the 2nd day I asked for my money back. Told by Sunwing to stay in the room on the last day until the bus came, then they charged me $us20 for late checkout. also the specialty restaurants are inaccessible to wheelchairs and walkers. Go to the Riu resorts - DON'T GO TO THIS ONE

  Not worth it. Outdated. Food was below average. There were many cats in the eating area!! Not many choices for food, food was only available for limited time frame. Nothing to do. Pool was not open enough hours. I wanted to leave after being there for only 30min. Staff was friendly that was the only nice part.

  I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this one. Please don't be deceived by the pictures you see, that's an illusion. We found roaches, spiders and other bugs. Damaged floors, no water for 1 night. The restaurants were always missing plates, spoons and forks, food was of very low standard... We booked 3 nights but had to run away after 1 night. Consider this a warning. Spend a little more somewhere else and you'll be happy.
