  First of all, i rented 4 rooms for my family and i which were about 14 people. The front desk took an hour per person to check them in and every was complain. They did not smile at all. Rooms were in a bad condition. The restaurant took two hours to make out plates which we paid in advance. Bread-fast was only one plate per person not buffet. The waitress was rude even though we still tip her at the end. If we needed it beach towers, we had to asked a few people and took so long. Like i said the place is beautiful but the worse customer service I ever had. Im not coming back to this place at all. The good thing my family was great full for the New Years get together.

  Great location in Sosua! Close to beach and various lively bars and restaurants and right across the street from the casino. The hotel itself needs lots of work. Staff are non responsive to most requests. Well you can't expect much considering the low price of the rooms, it's a good value overall.
