  Overpriced for the upkeep and the late night staff were rude about bringing friends over.

  So while this is a nice place, big rooms, pool, terrace parking. It could be so much nicer, there was allot of issues in our room, while not holiday ruining just annoying and the attitude was pretty bad, they didn't seem to care about fixing things. Outside shower has no head, the pool while functional seemed to have no pump to filter water. There was a jacuzzi, but never saw that working. The door lock was half off and had to re key our cards multiple times. While better than broken, the AC was stuck on in the master bedroom. The bathroom door didn't shut as they painted the latch closed. The cupboard doors were stuck so we could only use half of it. And if you have large valuables they won't fit in the safe. And as the patio doors to the terrace were retrofitted with locks, they were not secure at all. Basically, when this place was opened it was probably stunning. By Dominican standards it's very luxury, so I can see why they are less than bothered about fixing things. But just be aware it's not quite like the photos, and would not be considered 4 star by US/European standards.

  Watermark is a nice place to stay except that we had a bad experience with electricity the power went out in are Unit only. I had to switch hotels in the middle of the night because there is no support at night time this could be very dangerous I would think twice before staying. If something happens not sure if you would get your refund back.

  Great location on kite beach. Clean and well maintained.
