  Schöne, ruhige und saubere Anlage mit gepflegtem Poolbereich. Zimmer mit AC, ausgestatteter Küche und Esszimmer, kein TV. Günstiger Preis. Würde wieder hingehen.

  Great value room/apartments. Location is good and everything is clean and well maintained. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Very pleasurable stay.

  I stayed at this place in April 2012 and enjoyed it without any reservations. The place is well maintained, has a swimming pool, rooms are large, clean and quiet. The price is very affordable (was around $40 at that time) and having visited 5-6 hotels in Cabarete I didn't see any other place of that level for the price. My apartment had large living room with 2 sofas and a large bedroom with 2 beds, so the apartment could easily accomodate 4 people. The hostess (unfortunately forgot her name) and personell were extremely nice and helpful. I asked if I could get the aloe leaves anywhere around and they simply brought me about 2 kilos of fresh leaves as a gift. The apartments are near a local supermarket, so it is very convenient to buy food. It is also next to an upscale restaurant, which suits great for a romantic dinner (I never tried it though). The place is on the sea shore, but you can't bathe right there (rocky and dangerous) and will have to walk to the public beach which is within 5-7 minutes of walk. Overall I highly recommend this place for families or single travelers who do not want to pay double price for a hotel and still stay at a nice place.
