::Upon arrival the first pool directly in front of the hotel was my first impression. It was dirty and had a caution sign. As we proceed to see if we can check in early, as our flight got in early. The lady at the front desk was very nonchalant and had no remorse. She basically told us to go to beach until 3pm. The customer service was very poor. Don't believe the hype for this place...

::The condo is beautiful it has hot water, washer, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator with water and ice maker. It has a fully functional kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi are nice and clean. The place is clean and all the towels and linens smell fresh. There's a pizza place and German restaurant about 3-5 minutes away they are both good and the prices are decent. The beach was not good for swimming with a family. Too difficult to get down the huge hill of sand but we drove about 10 minutes to Alicia beach and we had a good time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
