  I had a wonderful stay here!! The resort is truly all inclusive. They offer a lot of fun activities and a variety of delicious food & drink options. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the DR. The only downside is that beaches and pools close at 6pm.

  If I could give this hotel a negative number in rating I would! I’ve stayed at many hotels/resorts and this was by far the most disgusting place I EVER been too. First, to start they are completely RACIST against black people. They over charge for everything and have attitudes with everything they do. Even down to expecting a tip after everything they try to pressure you to do. The food they have is horrible in tasting my husband was throwing up all night because of the food he ate the night before. Everyone here was nasty and rude and my family and I. if you’re thinking of taking a vacation DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT stay at this hotel. They are a bunch of liars and con artists, do not waste your money here!!!!! The first night one of the employees tried to scan us out of our money. I spoke with the front desk,guest services, the front desk manager and the hotel manager and they were ALL COMPLETELY RUDE! I can’t stress enough about how much of a mistake it was coming to this resort. We will never return and I hope you find a better, safer and cleaner place to vacation in DR because this is NOT the one!!!

  This resort was pretty cool. They have a lot of pools everywhere and even more bars to keep you drinking. The staff is clearly trained to please guests and ensure the guests have a good time. They had little games and activities every afternoon to get the guests involved and there was usually some kind of show or party most nights to attend. There's also a night club every night to go to.

  Beautiful resort... Enjoyed my stay, they offer a good variety of restaurants, you also a feel safe at the resort. The property is well maintained but would like for the resort staff to spend a little more time knowing their guests. I've been in other Resorts in Puerto Plata were the staff makes you feel at home, which is what I feel this resort was missing. Overall I do recommend for you to visit.

  I’ll try to start with the positives before I go into the negatives. I came here on my college spring break with a friend and considering this place was cheap and had good reviews, I figured it was a good idea. Having said that, I know I can’t be very picky when it comes to a cheap resort like this. The staff was nice I guess, but they also get impatient when you can’t understand their English and expect tips. It’s a well taken care of resort and they do a good job of engaging guests. On a different note, the room was dirty, our ceiling was leaking (which they did not take care of after asking them to), the coffee maker was broken, they didn’t replenish the toiletries, and had an alarm clock with no where to plug it in. The food also SUCKS, so if you’re looking for good food I would not recommend this place at all. I literally spit my potatoes out this morning because they tasted like a metal tray covered in butter. They charge you $200 too for losing your plastic bracelet, which I thought was just ridiculous. I felt like I was in a game where I had to pay money to unlock more amenities like restaurants and pools. Overall, I was able to make the most out of this, but I don’t understand how it’s considered a 4 star resort.
