  The car we requested wasn’t ready for the time we reserved and it took Budget four hours to find a replacement! The worst part was that they kept saying it would only be 20 more minutes every time we asked about the status. If you value your time and expect your car to be ready at the time you ask, look for another company.

  No up the standards of the U.S locations. Deposits are exessive and Online Estimated cost are ignored. They charge you whatever they want, make up false fees; A true ripoff

  Good service from the lady in the front desk. Not so much from other personnel.

  Good place to rent a car nice people and good service I recommend it for all people who travel to Dominican republic and want to enjoy the country

  This company is the worst rental car company around. They hold 1500 dollars on your credit card as a guarantee and won't let you pay with another. The price you get quoted online is not the price you get at the store. I got quoted 157 dollars and when I went in the we're charging me 240. They're a rip off. They tell you that the website is American based and doest reflect dominican price and taxes. The attendant didn't do much to get me to rent. He didn't care. Don't be fooled go to another one.
